The Region of York Quilters Guild is a non-profit organization whose aim is to bring quilters of the region together, to share knowledge of quilting, to encourage the development of old and new skills, and to expand our interests into the community.
Meetings:

Membership:
Membership renewal time if fast approaching! Payment can be made on the website using Debit or Credit card, and either cheque or cash submitted with the Membership form filled out. Just a reminder that the annual membership fees remain $45. The membership form has been updated and is here: ROYQG membership form. Please make the cheque payable to Region of York Quilters Guild. Your completed form can be dropped off at the Membership table during our in person meetings (March, April or May) or mailed to the address listed on the form.
Guild History
The Region of York Quilters Guild was established in November 1985 by a small group of women who recognized the need for a quilting association within York Region. The first meeting was held in the Aurora Public Library with 25 people in attendance. Since 1985, our Guild has grown to our present 200 members.
Our Historical Archives are comprised of photographic and printed records of Guild activities. Past quilt shows as well as photos of monthly Display sessions and various Guild activities are recorded.
Affiliations:
The RYQG maintains membership with the Canadian Quilters Association.
